Becoming a member
The membership model is for those who sincerely would like a long-term relationship with a provider. It is implied that there will be times that you will see or communicate with Selah frequently and times that you will have no concerns to address. If you are looking for short-term support consider if this is the correct fit for you.
Membership Monthly Fees
Our subscription pricing is simple and transparent. You pay monthly (our billing software will automate this). You will not be charged for office visits, and there are no copays. Labs and imaging (such as x-rays, MRIs) will be offered to patients by 3rd party agencies at the lowest cash prices possible. Some procedures will be associated with small fees. All efforts will be made to order medications, supplements and remedies that are affordable and accessible to each individual patient.
Individual Adult $200
Individual Child $100
Child joining with adult $250
Child joining with sibling $150
Child joining with 3 siblings $200 (each additional child is $50)
Family Maximum $500 (this means you will not be charged more than $500 for your whole family)

Whole Family Medicine relies heavily on the use of computer technology to facilitate detailed medical record keeping and allow you to have rapid access to your physician. All practice members are required to have internet access or to have a designated healthcare advocate (trusted family member or friend) who does. The office is also paperless, so most medical forms and records will be completed digitally and provided to you by patient portal or encrypted email for printing at home when needed.
